Bypass the lottery by participating in the 7th annual Ride The Rockies Prologue Experience.
Start the weekend by meeting other Prologue participants and cycling celebrities at a welcome reception on Friday night at the historic Hotel Jerome in downtown Aspen; where you will spend two nights. Kick off Saturday morning with a big breakfast to prepare for the ride ahead. After a trip through Snowmass, the 47-mile route will take cyclists to the Aspen Monastery, Watson Divide and back to the Jerome where lunch will take place on the patio terrace. Then enjoy a massage before you head off to dinner under the stars at the Rock Bottom Ranch in Basalt.

By participating int he Prologue you are automatically registered for the week-long Ride The Rockies bicycle tour.

Ride The Rockies (RTR) is one of Colorado's premier cycling events. Join 2,000 cyclists and embark on a fully supported, six-day trek through some of the state's finest mountain communities. The route for the 31st annual tour will be announced on February 6th and lottery applications will be accepted beginning Sunday, February 7th. Lottery applications will be accepted Sunday, February 7 – Sunday, February 28, 5PM MST.

A $5.00 lottery fee will be charged to all applicants in order to validate credit card information.

All lottery application fees benefit The Denver Post Community Foundation.

On Friday, March 4 all applicants will be notified of their standing.

If selected, registrations are non-transferable and your card will be charged the full registration fee – $495. Applicants will only be charged this fee if they are selected in the lottery.
